Chicken gizzards ( half a catty ) | Green onions (1 and) |
Ginger (a little) | Garlic ( 6 cloves ) |

Cooking wine (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce ( Adequate amount ) |

How to make chicken gizzards in dry pot

1.Wash and cut chicken gizzards into thin slices

2.Onion Cut the ginger, garlic and pepper and set aside

3.Soak dry white chilies in cold water and cut into sections p>

4.Put oil, pepper, sugar, onion, ginger and garlic into the pot and saute until fragrant, add chicken gizzards Stir-fry

5.Add dark soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper, salt, Millet pepper, dried white chili pepper, simmer for 2~3 minutes

6.Put green onions before serving ,sesame oil.
Tips
Use tea seed oil to enhance the flavor and remove the fishy smell.
