How to stir-fry pork liver and sausage

1. Wash the pig intestines and cut them into small pieces.Add oil in the pot and stir-fry until brown.Add some cooking wine and continue to stir-fry until the oil is ready.
2.Crush the garlic and cut the ginger into shreds (thickness according to your preference)-
