How to make pickled cabbage, vermicelli and meat

1. Wash the sauerkraut.I washed it twice, mainly because I was afraid it would be too salty and to wash away the spicy skin on it.This will be better

2.Cut into filaments, not too thin

3. Wash and cut chicken breast into strips

4.Add half a spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of thirteen spices, and half a spoon of sesame oil to the chicken breast, stir evenly, and marinate for ten minutes

5.Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for five minutes

6.Put oil in the pot and heat it

7.Add chicken breasts, stir-fry for five minutes, and add chili pepper (you can also skip the chili pepper, I mainly want it to look good)
8.Fry for another three minutes

9.Add sauerkraut and stir-fry three Minutes

10.Add vermicelli, stir evenly, and stir-fry for another two minutes
