Ingredients
Tofu ( 200g ) | Minced pork ( 50g ) |
Single garlic ( one ) | Starch (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Chicken essence ( A little ) |
Scallions ( An appropriate amountspan> ) |
Recipe of stewed tofu with tomatoes

1. Prepare the tofu and cut it into small pieces, dissolve the starch with water, and slice the garlic.Chop the meat into fine pieces and prepare all the ingredients (the tofu can be blanched in boiling water)
