
Ingredients
Knifefish ( Three ) | Onion, ginger and garlic (appropriate amount) |
Red pepper ( Appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce, sweet and sour chicken essence ( Appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for braised saury

1.Prepare a piece of onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper
Sauce: Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar and white vinegar chicken essence,
add a small amount of warm water to prepare and set aside
(You can omit the vinegar if you don’t like the sweet and sour taste)
2. Wash the saury, drain and prepare the water.Heat oil in a wok and fry the saury until the skin is crispy.

3. Return to the pot, add a small amount of base oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper and saute until fragrant , add the fried saury, pour in the prepared juice, simmer for a while to absorb the flavor, and then remove the juice.(You can sprinkle some coriander leaves on the top layer for decoration)
