Fish ( 1 (I used yellow croaker) ) | Perilla leaves ( 6 pieces ) |
| Garlic ( 1-2 cloves ) | Chili padi ( 5—8 pcs ) |
Onions ( 1/3 pieces ) | Scallions ( 5 roots ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make spicy fish with perilla

1.Wash the fish and set aside

2. Wash the perilla leaves, chop the garlic, slice the onion, cut the chilli padi into small sections, and dice the green onion

3.Heat the oil and fry the fish until golden on both sides

4.Put water until half of the fish body is filled, add garlic, perilla, onion, chilli padi and light soy sauce

5. Cook over high heat until the juice is reduced and serve
Tips
1.The fish I choose is sea fish.If it is freshwater fish, you can add a few slices of ginger in moderation
2.If you like perilla, you can add more perilla for a more fragrant taste
3.Only light soy sauce and no salt are added in the whole process
