How to stir-fry crabs with ginger and scallions

1. To clean swimming crabs, the shells and crab claws need to be cleaned with a brush.

2.The crab shell remains.Cut a crab into 4 pieces and stick starch on the crab meat part of each piece to prevent the crab meat from falling apart.

3. Prepare ingredients: ginger, green onion (white green onion, green onion leaves), sauce (starch , light soy sauce, water).

4. Heat the oil, add the ginger and scallions, and stir-fry until fragrant.

5.Add crabs and stir-fry, pour in the sauce, stir-fry over high heat to reduce the juice.

6.Add green onion leaves before serving, stir-fry and plate.
