How to make stir-fried pork slices with king oyster mushrooms

1.Wash the king oyster mushrooms, green peppers, and red peppers and cut into pieces and set aside.

2. Slice the ginger and garlic and set aside.

Tips
Blanch the king oyster mushrooms in hot water to remove the smell from the outside.You can also soften them so they are easier to cook when fried.Adding cooking wine to the pork can remove the heavier fishy smell.In addition to cooking wine, aged vinegar can also remove the fishy smell.
