Ingredients
Cabbage ( 1/4 flower ) | Pork belly ( 150g ) |
Ginger ( 1 piece ) | Garlic ( 1 ) |

Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) |

How to stir-fry cabbage

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash the pork belly and put it into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, ginger, shallots and peppercorns Cook until meat is cooked through.

3. Slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the onion into small sections.

4.Wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces.

5. Cut the cooked pork belly into slices or thin strips.

6. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

Tips
