Ingredients
Chives ( 1 handful ) | Lean meat ( 100g ) |
Pickled pepper ( 1 root ) | Pickled ginger ( 1 piece ) |
Edible oil (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Laogan Ma You Chili ( Adequate amount ) | Chicken Essence ( Adequate amount ) |
Clean water ( appropriate amount ) | Starch ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry shredded pork with chives
1.Prepare ingredients.
2. Cut the leek into small pieces and set aside.

3. Cut the meat into shreds, add appropriate amount of starch and water, mix well and set aside.

4. Cut the pickled ginger into shreds and the pickled pepper into small sections and set aside.

5. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

6.Add in the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color and is cooked through.
