Recipe of Braised Vermicelli with Cabbage and Pork

1. Prepare the ingredients in advance, cut the baby cabbage into sections, slice the mushrooms, cut the millet and pepper into rings, flatten the garlic, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections., cut pork belly into cubes.

2. Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the pork under the oil, take it out and set aside.Stir-fry the rock sugar in oil over low heat until the rock sugar turns into caramel color

3.Then turn the meat over Stir-fry and color evenly

4. Add scallions, millet pepper, garlic, star anise and cinnamon Stir-fry with fragrant leaves to bring out the fragrance

5.Add the mushrooms and fry until soft

6.Add baby cabbage and stir-fry until soft

7.Add appropriate amount of boiling water, a small amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce and simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes

8.Put in the vermicelli.I didn’t take a picture of this step.Put the vermicelli in and stir-fry constantly, otherwise it will stick to the pan. When the soup is almost reduced, you can add some salt and chicken essence and serve!
Tips
1.I soaked the vermicelli overnight in advance to make it easier to cook.Put it in and simmer it for 10 minutes. If the soaking time is shorter, you need to simmer it for a while.
2.If you don’t like chili peppers, you can leave out the mushrooms.
3.Stir-fry the pork first and it will not be so greasy.
4.If you like the cabbage crispy, you can put it in later.I like the cabbage rotten.
5.Keep some soup and bibimbap is also delicious!
