How to make steamed beef with flour

2. Prepare the ingredients : Beef, potatoes, green onions

3.Wash the beef and remove the blood

4.Cut the beef into pieces of about 1 cm in size

5. Add soy sauce, ginger and scallion cooking wine, and corn starch to the beef and marinate for two hours

6.After nearly two hours, peel the potatoes and cut them into slices

7. Place the potatoes in layers on the plate and sprinkle 2 grams of salt evenly

8.Put the steamed pork rice noodles in a bowl, and use chopsticks to coat the beef with a layer of steamed pork rice noodles

9. Place the wrapped beef on top of the potatoes, and pour the remaining juice into the plate

10. Pour 1/5 of the water into the steamer and place the plate on the steamer grid
