Spare ribs (One) | Taro ( 300g ) |
Rice (a bowl) | Cooking wine ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( a little ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Spare ribs sauce ( one spoon ) | Starch (appropriate amount) |
Garlic (appropriate amount ) | Ginger ( appropriate amount ) |
Onions (appropriate amount) |
Recipe for Steamed Pork Ribs and Taro Bento

1. Mince the garlic, shred the ginger, and chop the green onion

2.Chop the ribs into small pieces and wash them

3. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sparerib sauce, starch, garlic, and ginger

4. Stir Marinate evenly

5.Peel and cut taro into pieces

7.Put the marinated ribs on top of the taro, pour in the sauce and appropriate amount of water

8. Steam in a pot

9. Put it in a lunch box and sprinkle with chopped green onion

6.Add light soy sauce and mix well
