Chicken feet ( a bag ) | Rock sugar ( piece ) |
Salt ( Three spoons ) | Cooking wine ( One spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( one spoonful ) | Onions ( 一section ) |
Garlic ( Three cloves ) | Ginger ( Three pieces ) |
Dried chili pepper ( Three pieces ) |
Home-style braised chicken feet

1.Wash the chicken feet with clean water

2.Cut off your nails and put it in the pot with cold water and add cooking wine, green onions and ginger

3.Cook over high heat for 20 minutes

4. Remove and cool and set aside

5. Prepare the green onions, Ginger, garlic, dried chili

6. Pour oil into the pot and add a piece of rock sugar to melt

7.Pour in the chicken feet, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine and dried chili and stir-fry for 10 minutes
