Ingredients

How to make spicy shredded chicken

1.Cook chicken breast until cooked through

2.Tear the chicken breasts.It is easier to pinch and then tear.Use a small basin to hold the shredded chicken

3.Zanthoxylum bungeanum, peppercorns, dried chili pepper, crushed and set aside

4.In a small bowl, put two slices of ginger on the bottom, then add the crushed dry ingredients and chopped green onions

5.Heat oil in a pan until cooked, then turn off the heat and let cool
