How to cook pork belly and tofu

1. Cut tofu into cubes, tomatoes into cubes, and pork belly into slices , garlic slices

2. Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly and stir-fry until fragrant.Stir the tomatoes into red oil, add garlic slices and soy sauce, add water and bring to a boil, add pork belly, season with salt, and add tofu
3. Add tofu and simmer for seven or eight minutes until the tofu is fully cooked
Tips
Don’t flip the tofu back and forth when putting it in the pot.You can shake the pot every two minutes to prevent it from getting stuck
