Ingredients
Pork Ribs ( 500g ) | Oil ( Adequate amount span> ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Rock sugar (appropriate amount) |
Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Onions ( 3 pieces ) | Ginger ( 3 pieces ) |
Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
How to braise pork ribs

1. Wash the ribs twice, then blanch them in cold water in a pot, pour a small amount of cooking wine into the ginger slices, and turn off the heat after boiling.

2.Put the blanched ribs into ice water or cold water to filter out the foam, rinse for a few times It is said to increase the firmness of meat.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry until the rock sugar turns into caramel colour.

Tips
When frying sugar, choose rock sugar for a better color.Melt over low heat to avoid sticking to the pot.
