Shrimp: Protect liver, enhance immunity, delay aging
Ingredients
Shrimp ( 400g ) | Garlic ( 1 flap ) |
Green white ( 2 segments ) | Ginger ( 3 pieces ) |
Cooking wine ( a little ) | Flavored Dishes ( ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Chopped green onion ( A little ) |
Light soy sauce or steamed fish soy sauce ( a little ) | Hot oil ( a little ) |
How to arrange the boiled shrimp in a fancy way (with a flavored dish)

1. Wash the shrimps.

2.Cut off the shrimp whiskers.

3.Cut and set aside.

4. Ginger, onion and garlic are ready.

5.High fire, oil pan.

6.Add ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
