Pork belly: moisturizing
Ingredients
Pork belly ( 150g ) | Cauliflower ( 250g ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Onions ( 5 segments ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Dry Chili pepper ( 2 pieces ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Table salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make stir-fried pork belly and stir-fried cauliflower

1. Break the cauliflower into small pieces, wash them in a basin, add a spoonful of salt and soak them for ten minutes, then take them out and set aside.

2.Cut the onions, garlic, dried chilies and set aside.

3. Wash and cut the pork belly into thin slices.

4. Blanch the cauliflower for one minute after boiling, drain the water and set aside.

5.Put a little oil in the pot, put the pork belly in and stir-fry the fat over high heat.

6.Add onion, garlic, dried chili and stir-fry.

7. Pour light soy sauce and salt into the pot, then pour in cauliflower quickly stir fry.

8. Stir well and serve.
Tips
Cauliflower can be blanched until raw or stir-fried over high heat.Personally, I prefer a softer texture, so I choose to blanch it.It all depends on your personal preference.
