How to cook in the oven
1.Put all the auxiliary ingredients into a bowl and mix them

2. Cut the bean skin into strips 5cm wide and 8cm long, brush the mixed sauce inside, roll in an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms and secure with toothpicks.Arrange all the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with foil.

6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

7. Since vegetables are different from the oven, if they feel dry or undercooked, you can add more oil , brush with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 5-10 minutes.
