Chili noodles (appropriate amount ) | Cooking oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to cook lamb leg in the oven

1.Cut a portion of lamb leg meat.This amount is about 500 grams for three people.

2. Cut into small pieces

3.Add an appropriate amount of ginger slices and peppercorns to remove the smell

4.Add cinnamon powder

5.Add star anise powder or aniseed powder

6.Pour in cooking wine

7.A little dark soy sauce

8.Add appropriate amount of salt to taste

9.A mix of chili powder and cumin powder

10.Laoganma Doubanjiang

11.Grab and mix all the seasonings evenly

12.Mixed mutton

13.Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours or overnight

14.Place a piece of tin foil on the baking sheet

15.Spread the mutton in a baking pan and remove the large ginger slices

16. Preheat the oven , place in the middle layer of the oven, heat up and down, 230℃, 30 minutes
