Pork ribs ( 500g ) | Baby cabbage ( 300g ) |
Onions ( 5g ) | Ginger ( 5g ) |
Cooking wine ( 20ml ) | Light soy sauce ( 20ml ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 10ml ) | Fuel consumption ( 5ml ) |
Chicken Essence ( 3g ) |
Recipe for Braised Baby Cabbage with Pork Ribs

1. Wash the ribs, add onion, ginger and cooking wine and blanch water.

2. Wash the blanched ribs to control the water.

3.Put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and pork ribs in turn and stir-fry over medium heat five minutes.

4. Add light soy sauce to taste, dark soy sauce to adjust color, and continue to stir-fry for two minutes.

5.Put in boiling water and simmer for one hour.

6.When the soup is thick, add the baby cabbage and stir-fry.

7. Stir-fry for ten minutes and then add oil and chicken essence to enhance the flavor.
