Dark soy sauce ( One spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) |

How to stir-fry twice-cooked pork at home

1.Put the pork belly into the pot and add water until it is flush with the pork belly.Add some Sichuan peppercorns and green onions., ginger, two drops of white wine.Cook until cooked through (about 12 minutes), then turn off the heat and soak for 5 minutes.

2. Slice pork belly, cut green and red pepper into cubes, cut garlic sprouts into small sections, ginger and garlic slice.

3. Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it up.Add pork belly to release excess oil from the meat.

Tips
