Recipe for Cumin Lamb Cat Ears

1. Prepare the ingredients.Cat ears, mutton, tomatoes, red pepper, yellow pepper, parsley core, green onion, ginger and garlic.

2. Chop the tomatoes and set aside.

3. Cut vegetables into sections and set aside.

4. Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

5. Put the mutton slices into the basin.

6.Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, salt, and cumin Powder, starch.

7. Stir the mutton evenly and marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Tips
Mutton has a mutton smell, which can be reduced by seasoning and marinating.If you are not used to it, you can replace it with pork or beef.
