How to make radish and enoki mushrooms and shrimps in a pot

1.White radish, enoki mushroom, shrimp, onion, ginger and garlic, set aside

2.Peel the white radish , cut into thin slices and set aside

3.Spread the radishes evenly on the bottom of the casserole

4. Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, tear off the florets and spread them evenly on the radish.

5. Open the back of the shrimp, remove the beards, wash them, marinate them with some rice wine for 10 minutes, and set aside.Spread evenly on the enoki mushrooms

6. Chop onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside

7.Put more oil, add ginger, garlic, and scallions until fragrant.Add soy sauce, fermented bean curd, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and MSG to taste.(Add some water as appropriate)

8. Sauté the sauce until fragrant, spread evenly on the shrimp, Cover the pot and cook over high heat for 8 minutes.

9.After lighting the fire, sprinkle with chopped green onion and simmer for another two minutes.Delicious and ready to serve.
