Ingredients
Tea tree mushroom ( 300g ) | Pork belly ( 100g ) |
Green pepper ( 35 Grams ) | Red pepper ( 35 grams ) |
Onions ( 1 ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |
| Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Green pepper ( 30 grams ) |
Red pepper ( 30 grams ) | Dried chili pepper ( 2 pcs ) |
Fuel consumption ( 1 scoop ) | Cooking wine ( 1.5 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Salt ( 1g span> ) |
Chicken Essence ( 1g ) | Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry pork belly with tea tree mushrooms

1.Picture of finished product.

2. Soak and wash the tea tree mushrooms in advance, blanch them, remove them and cut them into sections.

3. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, cut onions, ginger, garlic, and cut green and red peppers into thick shreds.

4. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add pork belly and stir-fry until cooked.

5.Add onion, ginger, garlic, oil and dried chili shreds and saute until fragrant.

6.Add in oil, light soy sauce, stir-fry until coloured.

7.Pour in the tea tree mushrooms and stir-fry.

8. Pour in cooking wine, a little water and simmer for about two minutes.

9.Add salt and stir-fry chicken essence.

10. Add green and red pepper shreds and stir-fry evenly.

11. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
Soak tea tree mushrooms in warm water for more than 1 hour in advance.
