Recipe for Jinsha Shrimp and Yuzi Tofu

1. Peel and devein the shrimp.

2. Cut the Tamago tofu into cubes.

3. Well, the salted egg yolk is steamed and crushed.

4. Heat oil in a pan, fry the tamagoyaki tofu until golden brown on both sides, and remove from the pan.

5.Put the shrimp into the pot, add salt and fry until fragrant.

6. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, add chopped salted egg yolk and stir-fry until the oil is released.

7.Add shrimp and tofu, stir-fry evenly and serve.
