How to stir-fry pork liver

1. Let the stall owner cut the liver when you buy it, which saves trouble
2.Soak in cold water for fifteen minutes
3.Pour away the blood, squeeze it dry, add light soy sauce, sugar and old wine, and mix well with your hands

Tips
