How to make crab roe rice

1.Put light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and water into a small bowl and stir evenly

2. Remove the yolk from the sea duck eggs, crush them and set aside; chop the crab sticks into small pieces and set aside

3.Put a small amount of oil in the pot, pour in the egg yolk and stir-fry for a while, then add the chopped crab sticks and stir-fry evenly

4.Pour in the prepared sauce, turn on low heat, stir evenly and bring to a boil
