How to make fried saury segments in home-style oil

1.Prepare the ingredients, wash the saury, cut the green onion and ginger and set aside.

2. Add salt, pepper powder, green onion and ginger to the swordfish segments, stir well and marinate for 30 minute.

3. Coat the saury segments with a layer of dry flour.

4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and turn on medium heat.

5. Add the saury segments and start frying.

6. Fry until golden brown, then turn over and fry until both sides are golden brown.
