Pork Ribs ( 500g ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Barbecued pork sauce ( Two spoons ) |
Rice wine ( two spoons ) | Sugar ( One teaspoon ) |
Salt ( One teaspoon ) | Braised soy sauce ( One teaspoon ) |
Water starch ( Appropriate amount ) |
Garlic BBQ Pork Ribs Recipe

1. Soak the ribs in water and wash them.

2. Chop the garlic into small pieces,

3.Sauce: soy sauce + barbecued pork sauce + rice wine + sugar + salt,

4.Use tools to pierce the eyes for pickling and flavoring,

5.Mix the pork ribs with the sauce and refrigerate overnight,
