How to make garlic shrimps

1.Prepare the main ingredients, wash and dry the shrimps.

2.Peel the ginger and chop into fine pieces.

3.Peel the garlic and chop into fine pieces.

4. Wash and chop green onions.

5. Heat the pan and pour oil.(It doesn’t matter if the oil is heavier)

6.Put in the Pipi shrimp to control the moisture..

7. Add cooking wine and stir-fry over high heat.

8.After the color changes, drain and set aside, leaving the base oil in the pot.

9. Turn on low heat and add minced ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

10. Return the shrimp to the pot and stir-fry until the shrimp is evenly coated with minced ginger and garlic.

11. Pour in light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and simmer for 1-2 minutes.It is too dry.You can boil 1 tablespoon of boiling water along the side of the pot.

12. Add salt and stir-fry evenly.

13.Add chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

14. Remove from the pot and plate.
Tips
1.The oil can be heavier when frying shrimp.
2.When adding the minced ginger and garlic, fry it slowly over low heat to bring out the flavor of the ginger and garlic, so that the color will not turn black.
