Yellow croaker ( Two ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Ginger ( Two pieces ) |
How to fry yellow croaker

1.Prepare two yellow croakers and clean them

2.First apply a layer of salt on the fish

3.Stuff the ginger into the fish belly (because it is fishy!) and marinate it for about 1 hour

4. Heat oil in a pan, add croaker and fry

5.After frying, fry one side and the other side! Fry until both sides are golden brown and it’s ready to serve!

6.Install!
Tips
Don't rush to turn the fish over during the frying process, otherwise the skin will break.Fry slowly over medium-low heat until one side is golden and then flip the other side
