How to make pickled fish head

1.Split the fish head, wash it, and marinate it with salt for about 15 minutes

2.Wash and cut sauerkraut, onion, ginger and garlic

3. Heat the pan, pour oil, and fry the fish head until golden brown on both sides.Remove and set aside

4.Saute onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

5.Add sauerkraut and stir-fry for about a minute

6.Put the fish head on top, add water to coat the fish head, add light soy sauce, salt, Sichuan peppercorns and pepper to taste, bring to a boil

7. Boil the vermicelli in water and cook for about three minutes.Add a little sugar and chicken essence.

8. If you like it, you can fry some Sichuan peppercorns at the end and pour it on top.
