How to make Korean barbecue-flavored Chilean salmon cubes

1. Find a large bowl, pour 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 cup of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, half a tablespoon of salt and 3 tablespoons pepper, mix well and let stand for 15 minutes.(If you have red pepper at home, you can crush it into flakes and add 3 tablespoons)

2. Prepare a 250g piece of skinless and boneless Chilean salmon and cut it into 2cm square pieces.

3. Combine the sauce with Chilean salmon cubes, half a bowl of minced green onion, and half a bowl of minced green onions.Mix the minced white onion, 2 tablespoons of cooked white sesame seeds, and 3 tablespoons of chili oil in a bowl.Remember to stir gently so as not to break the tender salmon meat.

4.Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

5.After refrigeration, transfer it to bowls.Add 2 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, and half a small bowl of chopped Korean kimchi, and stir evenly.

6. Serve it with white rice, quinoa rice and bread slices.

7. Finally, garnish with chopped apples, chopped pears and cooked black sesame seeds.
Tips
Since salmon meat is tender, remember to be gentle with the fish during the mixing process.
