Ingredients
Chicken nuggets ( half ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 5-6 pieces ) |
Eggplant ( 1 ) | Green pepper ( 1 ) |
Red pepper ( 1 piece ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
| Light soy sauce ( 5ml ) | Dark soy sauce ( 3ml ) |
Cooking wine ( 3ml ) | Rock sugar ( 5 grams ) |
How to make braised chicken and rice

1.Pour in light soy sauce and marinate with cooking wine for 20 minutes

2.Wash the mushrooms and soak them in water

3. Cut green and red peppers into pieces, cut dry peppers into sections, cut potatoes and eggplants into pieces and soak them in water

4.Cut the ginger and garlic and set aside

5.Hot pot Add ginger, garlic and dried chili oil to the oil and sauté until fragrant.Pour in the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 3 minutes.Pour the mushrooms and mushroom water into the pot.Add rock sugar, dark soy sauce and salt.Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 18 minutes., add potatoes and eggplant pieces, continue to simmer for 6 minutes, then add green and red peppers and simmer for 3 minutes

6.Open the pot
Tips
Use less salt (a small spoonful) and don’t put too much rock sugar
