How to make crispy fried chicken legs

1.Wash the chicken legs and set aside

2. Make a few cuts on the chicken legs horizontally to make the chicken legs absorb the flavor quickly and mature easily during frying

3. Cut the green onion and ginger into a bowl, add washed cinnamon, bay leaves and star anise.Add rice wine, salt, sugar, fermented bean curd, soy sauce, oyster sauce, MSG, and green onion leaves.

4.Catch the ingredients with your hands to completely blend them

5.Add the chicken legs and mix well for about a minute,

6. Leave it for 20 minutes and set aside

7.Prepare a plate and pour in an appropriate amount of sweet potato flour (mine is the sweet potato flour made in my hometown village, which is lumpy, so it needs to be crushed)

8.After marinating for 20 minutes, take out the chicken legs and coat them in sweet potato flour (be careful to remove the ingredients that stick to the chicken legs during marinating)

9.All wrapped in sweet potato flour

10. Fry until golden brown (control the heat, if the oil temperature is too high, the outside will be burnt and the inside will not be cooked yet)

11.Finished product picture
Tips
When the oil is 50 to 60% hot, you can gently add the chicken legs.
