How to stir-fry lotus root with shrimps

1.Prepare the ingredients

2.Peel and wash the shrimps, add 2 grams of ginger and scallion cooking wine, and marinate for ten minutes

3.Peel and cut the ginger into slices, peel and cut the garlic into slices, and put them in a bowl for later use

4.Peel, wash and cut lotus root into diced pieces

5.Heat the pan and pour 10 grams of vegetable oil

6. Heat the oil until medium cooked , saute garlic and ginger until fragrant

7.Pour in the shrimp and stir-fry

Tips
1.Shrimp Adding cooking wine can remove the fishy smell
2.The stir-frying time should not be long, otherwise the shrimp will become old and the lotus root will change color
