Pork belly: moisturizing
Ingredients
Pork belly (350g) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Rock sugar ( 20 grams ) |
Oil ( a little ) | Clear water ( appropriate amount ) |
Chopped green onion ( a little ) |
How to make braised pork

1. Boil the pork belly in cold water for 5 minutes and take it out
2.Rinse with running water and drain, cut into pieces as shown

3.Pour a little oil into the hot pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry quickly

4. Fry until both sides are slightly Brown and stir-fry the oil

5. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt and stir-fry evenly.Pour water to cover the meat

6.Put the meat into the casserole together with the water , add rock sugar

7. Cover the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.Use medium heat to reduce the juice

8. Remove from the pan and put on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion and complete.
Tips
1: This cooking method does not require the addition of ingredients and ginger.Adding cooking wine can remove the fishy smell of the meat.
2: Stir-fried pork belly slow-cooked in a casserole.The meat has a very good texture and is not greasy at all.It is perfect when paired with rice.
