How to braise snails

1.Cut off the tail of the snail and clean it

2.Add water to the snails, add 2 drops of oil, stir evenly, and let it rest for another 30 minutes

3.When the time is up, pour out the snails and drain the water

4.Heat the pan until oil rises

5.Add ginger slices

6.Saute the ginger slices until fragrant, add the snails, and stir-fry evenly
