Ingredients
Enoki mushroom ( 150g ) | Pork ( 200g ) |
Chili ( 3 roots ) | Green onions ( 10g ) |
Five-spice powder ( 5g ) | Octagonal ( 3 pcs ) |

Chicken juice ( 6ml ) | Light soy sauce ( 10ml ) | Garlic ( 2 pcs ) | Cooking wine ( 20ml ) |

How to stir-fry pepper and pork slices with enoki mushrooms

2. Then put the sliced meat into 20ml cooking wine and marinate it with star anise, cinnamon and minced ginger for 5 minutes (Shake it while marinating)

3.Then cut the enoki mushrooms into three sections (you don’t have to cut them) , I personally prefer to cut them) Remember to pass the enoki mushrooms through hot water

4.Cut the peppers , add 20ml of blended oil over high heat, add garlic and stir-fry for 20 seconds, add 10g of five-spice powder, then stir-fry for about 40 seconds, then add sliced meat and stir-fry,
5. At this time, add 10ml salt and pepper and stir-fry until there is no water in the pot.Add enoki mushrooms, then add chili, salt, light soy sauce, and chicken juice in sequence, and stir-fry for 1 minute.After 30 seconds, add 100ml of water, cover the pot and simmer for 1 minute, open and serve

1.First cut the required garlic, green onions, ginger foam, and peppers, and wash the star anise and cinnamon.
Tips
You can shake the meat when marinating.Adding pepper and salt when frying will make the meat delicious
