Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Onion, ginger and garlic (appropriate amount) |
How to braised shrimp

1.Cut onions, ginger and garlic

2.Remove the shrimp line from the shrimp, wash and control the water.

3. Pour oil into the hot pan.When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

4. Pour in the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color.Add a small amount of light soy sauce and a little salt.
