Pork Ribs ( 800g ) | Potatoes ( 400 grams ) |

How to braise pork ribs with potatoes

1.Crush the garlic and chop it into pieces

2.Cut chives into sections

3. Heat the pot and add oil, add about 3 grams of salt, ginger slices and star anise (over high heat)

4.Oil Warm it up to 70% heat, add the spareribs and stir-fry (high heat)

5.Saute until slightly burnt (high heat)

6.Add straw mushroom and dark soy sauce to color (fire)

7.Add cold beer and cook for 2 minutes (high heat)

8.Add water so as not to completely cover the ribs, bring to a boil (over high heat), then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes,

10.After 30 minutes, add the potatoes, turn to medium heat, remove the ginger slices and star anise, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes
11.After 10 minutes, turn to high heat, add minced garlic, salt, light soy sauce and chopped green onion
