How to make pork ribs with spicy sauce

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the picture.

2. Wash the ribs, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes ; Shred the garlic and ginger; take a bowl, add half a bowl of water, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of tomato paste, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and a spoonful of sugar, mix well and set aside.

3. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 70% hot.
