Scallop meat ( 500g ) | Green onions ( 2 roots ) |
Ginger slices ( 10g ) | Garlic ( 10g ) |
Dried chili pepper ( 5g ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |
Cooking wine ( 20g ) | Oyster sauce ( 10g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Chicken essence ( 5g ) |
Red pepper ( 20g ) |
How to stir-fry scallops

1.Clean the scallop meat (you can skip it if you don’t like skirts)

2.Water out of hot water for one minute

3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, dried chili and scallions and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Add scallop meat, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and red pepper and stir-fry.

5. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, add light soy sauce and salt.Continue to stir-fry for two minutes

6.Finally add a small amount of chicken essence, stir-fry a few times and it will be ready.Pot.The delicious scallop meat is ready.
Tips
Don't let the water last too long and don't have too many ingredients.
