How to cook chicken legs with Coke

1.Clean the chicken legs, cut them into diagonal cuts, and slice the ginger.

Tips
1.After blanching the chicken legs, wash the blood with clean water and absorb the water with kitchen paper.Otherwise, the oil will fry everywhere when frying, and you will easily get burned.
2.If you don’t like garlic and ginger, you don’t need to add it.I like to eat the ginger slices and garlic inside after cooking, so I add more.
