Ingredients
Chicken feet ( 300g ) | Lemon ( 1 ) |
Onions ( 30g ) | Millet peppers ( 5 pcs ) |
Garlic ( 5-7 cloves ) | Onion and ginger (appropriate amount) |
Cilantro ( 2 plants ) | Light soy sauce ( 40g ) |
Fragrant Vinegar ( 40g ) | Sugar ( 20g ) |

How to make lemon chicken feet

1. Cut chicken feet in half, cut off nails, wash and set aside.

2. Cut the ginger into three slices and cut the green onion into segments.

3. Blanch the chicken feet in cold water.

4. Take out the blanched chicken feet and wash them clean.

5.Put the blanched chicken feet into the pot under cold water again.

6.Add ginger slices, green onion segments, one star anise and one bay leaf.

7.Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

8. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.(The lid needs to be closed for cooking, so I opened it after taking pictures)

9. Prepare a bowl of ice water.

10. Take out the cooked chicken feet.

11. Soak in ice water for 5 minutes.

12. While soaking the chicken feet, shred the onion and ginger and mince the garlic.

13. Slice lemons, chop coriander, and cut millet and pepper into rings.

14. Add the chopped ginger, onion, garlic, millet pepper, coriander and lemon In a bowl, add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and sesame oil and mix well.

15. Drain the soaked chicken feet.

16. Pour the 14-step sauce into the chicken feet and mix evenly.

17.Wrap in plastic wrap and soak in the refrigerator for more than six hours or overnight.
