How to make pickled fish

1. Prepare a package of pickled fish ingredients, including pickled fish ingredients, frying pan ingredients, and sauerkraut.If not, buy another pack of sauerkraut.

Tips
The reason why the sauerkraut is half fried and half boiled is because we don't want to lose too much sourness.
In fact, no matter what kind of fish, if you stir-fry or fry it in cold water, then turn on the fire and let it sit for a few minutes, the soup will be as white as snow and not very fishy.
Next time I post a recipe without using fish ingredients, I think this one is easier and the taste is not much different.
