Ingredients
Spinach ( 300g ) | Gluten ( 5 pieces ) |

Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | White sugar ( 2 spoons ) |
Sesame oil ( 5 drops ) | |
Water ( Appropriate amount ) | Water starch ( 2-3 spoons ) |
Minced onion and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make spinach with gluten

1. Wash the spinach, add a little salt, blanch it in water for 2 minutes, remove it and cut it into sections.Sauté minced onion and garlic in oil pan until fragrant, add spinach and stir-fry.(Blanch the gluten, dry it and tear it into pieces by hand for later use)

2.Put in very fresh soy sauce.

3.Put old soy sauce.

4.Add sugar.

5.Add salt and stir well.

6.Add appropriate amount of water.

7. Add gluten and stir well.

8. Add water starch to thicken the juice and turn off the heat.

9.Put in sesame oil.

10.Sprinkle minced garlic and stir well.

Tips
Blanch spinach and add a little salt to keep the color green.Blanch it and drain it into cold water to make it taste better.
Blanching the gluten can remove the oil, and tearing it by hand makes it more delicious.
