Pork belly ( 50g ) | Frozen tofu ( 200g ) |
Sauerkraut ( 250g ) | Salt ( 4g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 5g ) | Oyster sauce ( 4g ) |
Sugar( 4g ) | Chopped green onion ( 20g ) |
Garlic ( 5g ) |
How to make pickled cabbage, vermicelli and frozen tofu

1.Prepare materials

2. Blanch the frozen tofu for 10 minutes and set aside

3. Blanch the sauerkraut for 2 minutes and set aside p>

4. Stir-fry pork belly fat

5. Add garlic slices and sauté green onions until fragrant

6. Stir-fried pickled cabbage

7.Add salt, Stir-fry with light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar

8. Add frozen tofu and hot water and simmer for 5 minutes

9.Add vermicelli and simmer for 8 minutes
